Happy Fall Diffusing

I use to love candles but since I started my oil journey, I’ve been diffusing more lately.  I love the fact that I can customize my scents at home by mixing different oils.  Most diffusers have a light (like a night light) and I’m planning to use a nice orange, warm glow for the Fall.

Diffusing can provide health benefits too! When diffusing, always use a cold-air diffusers since anything that requires heating the oils, can damage some of the beneficial properties.  It can be somewhat toxic to inhale burning oils (doesn’t sound pleasant at all).

Since October is here, I started researching what type of oils I can blend to welcome the Fall season.  I hope you enjoy these blends as much as I do and please do share your favorites with me 🙂

25 Uses for Wild Orange Essential Oil

  1. Add to drinking water to help cleanse the body of toxins
  2. Add to iced tea for flavor
  3. Clean counter tops& cabinet doors (in a spray bottle with water)
  4. Clean wood floors (in a spray bottle or bucket with water)
  5. Clean gunk from stove top
  6. Remove sticker goo
  7. Add to unscented lotion
  8. Soothe occasionally sore muscles
  9. Add to chocolate brownies
  10. Add to meal replacement shakes or smoothies
  11. Use with Peppermint to increase concentration
  12. Use with soap or a vegetable oil (like olive or coconut) to remove sap from hands
  13. Add to dish detergent for grease cutting power
