I love to use my oil diffuser to help me sleep, it breaks down the oil molecules and sends them into the air.  The molecules you inhale, transmits messages to your brain and help you relax.  They’re plenty of oils to choose from but if you’re new to essential oils, I would recommend starting with Lavender. After you test them, you will find the combo that you love and works for you.
